Instruction& Guidelines for ALLENtab
Course Upgradation/ Changes:
- Only current course registration fee and 2nd year ALLENtab charges is payable for upgrading/new enrollment using the same ALLENtab hardware.
2nd year ALLENtab charges for using the same ALLENtab 11" Hardware is INR 2100/- only (inclusive of all taxes) and 2nd year ALLENtab charges for using the same ALLENtab 7" Hardware is INR 1700/- only (inclusive of all taxes). This is for the extended service & support of the same Hardware for 2 Year.
- Using the same ALLENtab Hardware, Existing Student can either upgrade or can enroll fresh Student in an ALLENtab course for only 1 more successive academic session.
- With same ALLENtab Hardware, 2nd year upgradation is possible only for 1 year course.
- Upgradation & Changes with same hardware is not applicable FROM & TO 2-year (Nurture) Course.
- ALLENtab hardware is meant for Academic use only and will not be supported by ALLENtab program after initiation of any non-academic purpose.
- The Hardware for ALLENtab Course is designed to be used for maximum 2 Academic sessions.
- Parents or ward are required to email the complaint regarding any physical damage of tablet along with screenshot within 24 hours after receiving the tablet.After this no case will be entertained related to receipt of damage.
- The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferable until re-registered.
- Repairs under warranty period shall be carried out by the company authorized personnel only.
- For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiciton of the company's Authorized Service Center, it is responsibility of the purchaser's cost and risk.
- In the event of repairs of any parts of the unit, this warranty will there after continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. The time taken for repair and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
- In case of any damage to the product / misuse detected by the authorized service center peronnel, the warranty conditions are not applicable and repairs will be done subject to availability of parts and on chargeable basis only.
- The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of parts only. The maximum claim's if entertained by the company will be subject to the maximum retail price of the product purchased.
This Warranty is not Applicable in any of the Following Case:
- Modification or alternation in ALLENtab OS or related software by the purchaser or unauthorised personnel, as determined by the company personnel.
- The product is not purchased from an Authorised person.
- The product purchased is not used according to instructions given in the INTRUCTION MANUAL, as determined by the authorised service center / company personnel.
- Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the Authorised Service Center / Comapny personnel.
- Modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorised personnel, as determined by the company personnel.
- Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine/unit.
- The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the product.
- Defects due to causes beyond control like lightining, abnormal voltage, acts of god or while in transit to service center or to the purchaser's residence.
- Defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.
- Under no circumstance the company is liable for loss directly or indirectly for any of the following:
- Third party claims against customer for losses or damages.
- Loss or damages to records, information or data.
- Economic consequential damages including lost profits.
- Customer is advisied to take backup for hard disk contents before handing over the unit for repair. The company shall not provide hard disk backup service.
- In case of repair, hard disk contents may be destroyed and customer will not be informed in advance. The company shall not be liable for any data, records or program lost due to repair.
- Warranty does not cover user manuals or any third party software, settings, content, data ro links, whether included/downloaded in product.
- Waranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses, batteries or displays).
- Warranty does not cover defects caused by the fact that the battery has been short-circuited or by the fact that the seals of the battery enclosure or the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or by the fact that the battery has been used in equipment other those for which it has been specified.
I agree that all dispute are subject to Jaipur (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.
